Beauty Struggles

Hello Sweeties! I'm a huge fan of makeup and beauty as you all know. But there are many a struggles that come with my beauty regime and many others' I'm sure. Of course these struggles are not the biggest of earth's problems but they are somewhat significant and surely relatable! As I said in my last 'struggles post" (Instagram Struggles, see it here!), this isn't a serious post just a little jokey post to shed some light on beauty struggles!
THE BEAUTY STRUGGLES
- Setting spray that spray you in the face like a water pistol. It's supposed to be a fine mist gently floating onto your complexion. Not Nerf's latest water blaster drowning your face.
- Hair tie snapping when you've just managed to pile your mop atop your head. I just did the equivalent of arm day trying to force my mane through the hair tie and it snaps. Why though?
- When you spend a decent half hour shaving your legs - only to get out the shower or bath and realise you've missed a strip of prickles.
- Smudging a manicure that took you what felt like 5 hours. My life is literally over.
- When your eyelashes are so long and voluminous they leave a line of black smudges on your eyelid. Why is the earth punishing me for having amazing lashes?
- When you apply too much blush/bronzer. Like blending wasn't enough effort on a good day.
- Loose powder clouds. When I say I'm "baking" my face, I don't literally mean coat it in flour ready for the oven.
- Getting lipstick on my teeth. I finally muster the strength to wear a colour other than nude, and how does it repay me? Streaks of red across my teeth. How rude. I can't say "blood-sucking vampire" was the look I was going for.
- When your winged liner is crooked. WHY CAN'T THEY BE EVEN.
- When you pluck one too many eyebrow hairs. My brows were perfect before I plucked that one hair. How does this even happen?

Omg the worst it smudging a manicure and also for me sneezing right after applying mascara!
